2. General Information on Data Processing

I generally process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as my content and services. Personal data is regularly processed only after obtaining the consent of the data subject, or where processing is permitted by law.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted by:

Cloudflare acts as a processor for the technical operation of this website. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of the website).

When this website is accessed, Cloudflare automatically collects technical connection data (server log files):

  • IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)
  • Date and time of access
  • URL accessed
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is not merged with other data sources. Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Fonts

This website uses system fonts that are already present on your device or in your browser. No external fonts from Google Fonts or comparable third-party providers are loaded.

5. Contact Form and Getting in Touch

If you contact me via the contact form, by email, or by telephone, I process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry.

Data processed may include: name, company name, email address, phone number, URL of an existing website, budget indication, requested service, message text.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).

Data from the contact form alone is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. It is deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Booking consultations through Cal.com

Cal.com is embedded to book a consultation. After you submit the booking form on this website, Cal.com displays available times and processes booking data to arrange the appointment. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, booking time and details of the online meeting.

The details entered in the pre-booking form are first sent to my CRM to create the lead. After the booking, Cal.com sends the appointment details to my CRM through a secured webhook. Cal.com may also synchronize the booking with the connected calendar and video-conferencing service.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and appointment scheduling) and, where required, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent).

7. No third-party advertising tracking

This website uses no third-party advertising or analytics services. Until 18 September 2026, Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API could be loaded here after explicit consent. Both have been removed entirely: no Meta script is loaded, no Meta cookie is set and no event is transmitted to Meta. For the same reason, this website no longer shows a consent banner.

There is also no processing by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or comparable services. Plain reach measurement, if any, happens without cookies, without an identifier and without personal reference at the hosting provider; section 3 applies to that.

Should a service that sets cookies or transmits data to third parties be used again in the future, this will only happen after prior consent and with a corresponding section in this policy.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

This website sets no cookies — neither its own nor third-party ones. There is therefore nothing for you to accept or decline.

The only storage used is your browser's session storage (keyburmeister-attribution-v1). It records how you reached this website — for example the first and last page you opened, a campaign marker in the address bar and the referring domain without its path. If you then voluntarily send an inquiry, that information is attached to it so the context of your inquiry remains clear.

This entry contains no identifier, is not transmitted to third parties and is deleted at the latest when you close the browser tab. Unless you send an inquiry yourself, it never leaves your browser.

Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, because the storage is strictly necessary for the service you requested — handling your inquiry in the right context — and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in traceable inquiry handling).

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
